She came and gave us her thoughts and suggestions a few months prior to us getting ready to sell so we would be as prepared as we could be. Once we were ready to sell Luci did another walk thru with us, discussed the strategy for our house specifically and got everything scheduled. She brings "humanness" to a process that other realtors may regard as a standard business transaction. She genuinely cared about our family (frequently checking in to be sure I was doing okay and checking on my father's health) and worked hard to ensure that we could sell the property as quickly as possible, with minimal stress and anxiety.
